Item Level Restrictions lifted. No more restrictions in the forge or in scripts.
Lot of cleaning up of code in various spots.
Fix Pripet Mansion 1 wall being missing.
Removed Turn Undead from VAmpire Priest in Gauntlet - 9
Potion of Restoration added to Market.
Removed NPC in Tower of Legends now that the market sells Restoration potions.
Made Gauntlet Master lootable.
More code added to bounty script to try and return the proper owner of summon creatures.
