Fix was attempted to correct the bug that makes loot not spawn anymore. Untested if this works. This also should further randomize the items spawned.
Godollo bindstone mist vfx was remove for the magic sparks vfx. If you see the "mist" vfx please let me know so I can remove it for the magic sparks vfx.
Added 3 Dye Merchants in the Scribe shop. Shop now called Scribe and Dye Shop.
