weapon buffs can be dipelled according to the log... but i never believe the log as it lies, best way to test this is to use a pally cast hs on yourself have someone dispell it on the log then hit them for a while till there buffs just disappear thats always fun when they shout "WTF I DISPELLED HS!" imho go 2s12 magic, divine, Electrical and cold or something along those lines character sheet, is the one you dont trust, its buggy. combat window is always right(if not then the game engine goofed up which is extremely rare hell). disarm removes properties  or well it should depending on the mod and how it is scripted disarm never removes properties UNLESS scripted otherwise. that would require extra code in the unacquireitem event to determine if it is disarmed, an then loop for all non permanent properties an remove them. |

IMO, if you land a disarm I would rather the weapon be gone not the buffs.  |
