its ok its much easier to ask a DM if u can make one have a guild journal in ur inventory then the DM gives u a thing on the pc on the game where u can write the name of the guild in the guild bit then the next thing u wanna do and so on if u go on badlands lvl 60 and ask DM Griff if u can make a guild u will see wat i mean.....u no wat i mean? ;D

This isn't badlands 60 dude, it's A Carparthian Nightmare V3, it might be different from the other two but thats why theres a v3 in it no still the original name cause it's different things have to change change is good, usually.
