Ok, yes good point, that is important to remember, will sure make a big difference now which epic feats one chooses from 21 - 39.
Also, hadn't thought this out earlier, not only how many skill points, but which skills you can spend those in. For example, only monks, bards, assassins, and rogues getting the benefit of 4 more AC from 20 more base skill points invested in tumble (or would tumble AC be capped at 40 skill points?).

I read the info at that link, just wanted to be sure... control class benefits that normally continue to scale up throughout epic levels will not continue to scale up from levels 41 to 60. This would include things like: class bonus feats (for example fighter getting one feat per two levels) monk speed dwarven defender DR RDD ability bonuses RDD AC bonus Bard Song / curse song Weapon Master AB AA AB sneak damage Champ or Torm Saving Throws Divine Wrath Barbarian rage (barbarians HD and their opponents are still considered to be 40 even if both of their levels are 60, when determining the effect of the rage) etc etc etc, The ONLY difference that your control class makes form levels 41 to 60 are these two simple aspects: HD (d4, d6, d8, d10, or d12) skill points (int modifier +2, 4, 6, or 8 skill points per level) Period, nothing else. Is this correct? Thanks Simpliest way to explain this is that Race/Class Bonuses DO NOT continue to scale based on your CLASS Levels. Legendary Levels, are Legendary Levels, NOT Class/Character Levels. It's progression is very similar, but not exact.

Funkys overwrites also make releveling extremely high % bug likely , so relevels once u hit 40 are an issue. This might be elsewhere , if so , sorry.
