Removed old anti-trap stacking code. It is broken in EE. Upside however is that in EE you cannot in most cases set a trap inside another traps radius.
Removed the Rod of Wonder from the loot table.
Removed the Tailors from the Market. They were causing TMI errors that could not be resolved.
Installed a replacement crafting system. This system uses the radial dial craft menu. For the time being crafting is free.
